簡易蛋塔
RSS Feed皮;cream cheese 1/2 條 (8 oz 盒裝)
margarine 1 條 (4條裝盒)
all purpose flour 1 & 1/4 cups
心;milk 1 cup (soy milk is fine, too!)
sugar 1/4 cup
3 eggs (先打好)
把cream cheese 和 margarine 加熱microwave 30 seconds, mix well together, add flour成ㄧ麵團。
分十二份捏型在muffin 烤盤裡。
Milk (soy milk), sugar and eggs mix well together, make sure sugar dissolve in egg mix. Then spoon egg mix into 捏好的皮就可以啦! 350度 烤30 minutes. 有些烤箱可以再烤久ㄧ點,30分就可以先看ㄧ看好了沒。
喜歡吃皮厚ㄧ點的話,弄九個皮就好了。會有多的可以拿去蒸,就當甜蒸蛋吧!
